The promotion is valid every Sunday starting Sunday, September 17, and will remain active until October 8, 2023, every day from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Features: For every drink made at any bar in the Casino, you will have access to a rich buffet offered in collaboration with Gomende Wine, Contini 1898, Cantine Fontezoppa, Bersano, Cantine Tora.
"Wine Not" Lottery
The promotion will take place on 17.09.2023, 24.09.2023, 01.10.2023 and 08.10.2023 in the time slot from 17:00 to 20:00.
Customers who enter the Casino Lugano from 17:00 to 20:00 on 17.09.2023, 24.09.2023, 01.10.2023 and 08.10.2023 and buy an aperitif during the Wine Not? – initiative, which will take place in each of the Casino’s bars – will receive a ticket together with the receipt, from the Food & Beverage department, (the stub remains at the bar, a part of the ticket is placed in a special urn in front of the Infopoint and a part, filled in with personal data, remains with the customer) which will entitle them to take part in the draw to be held on the last day of the Wine Not? on 8 October, with 3 prizes being awarded. You will only be able to win once.
Tickets for the draw will be posted by customers in the ballot box at the Infopoint during the hours and days of Wine Not? and there will be a permanent presence of a Host, from 17:00 to 20:30, to supervise the ballot box and explain the lottery, if required.
The draw will be held on the last day of the promotion, 8 October at 8 p.m., in front of the cashiers on Level 0. At the appointed time, the Host will start the draw by announcing at the microphone, drawing three tickets from the urn and announcing the winning numbers.
1st prize: 1 coupon for 200 CHF in free game credits and a dinner for two at the restaurant;
2nd prize: 1 coupon for 100 CHF in free game credits and a dinner at the Restaurant for two people;
3rd prize: 1 coupon for 100 CHF in free game credits and a dinner at the Restaurant for two people.
Holders of winning tickets may collect their prize by 15.10.2023, by handing in the Level 0 cashier’s desk the second part of the ticket filled in with their personal data (name and surname) along with an identity document and signing the personal data processing notice. The ticket holder shall forfeit any entitlement to the prize if he/she fails to collect it by the deadline stated above.
The winning numbers will be announced in the hall and published on www.casinolugano.ch.
The free game credits can also be spent after the end of the promotion.

The promotion will be active from Monday through Sunday, valid until the 30th of November 2023.
Customers of selected hotels participating in the promotion will receive a free promotional coupon, which can be redeemed at the cashier’s desk at Casino Level 0 in free gaming credits worth CHF 20, not convertible to cash, to be played at the slot machines at Level 0 and Level 1 or at the gaming tables at Level 2. They will also be gifted with a voucher for a welcome flûte.
