Il Titolare tratta i Suoi dati anagrafici quali: nome, cognome, telefono, e-mail e solo se da Lei forniti nel messaggio, i dati particolari relativi ad esempio alle allergie, intolleranze alimentari.
Nella presente informativa si fa riferimento genericamente ai Suoi DATI per indicare l’insieme dei dati personali da Lei forniti. - Finalità del trattamento
Con il Suo specifico consenso il trattamento dei Suoi DATI è necessario per dare esecuzione a un contratto di servizi, per le seguenti Finalità:
a. Richiesta di informazioni e/o riservazione presso il Ristorante “Elementi”;
b. Archiviazione dei Suoi dati al fine di garantirLe un adeguato riscontro in caso di eventuali contatti successivi a scopo informativo e/o di riservazione;
c. Creazione, organizzazione e gestione di eventi (conferenze, ecc.) al fine di fornire informazioni prima, durante e dopo l’evento, di garantirne il corretto svolgimento e la sicurezza dei partecipanti, dei relatori e degli ospiti. - Modalità di trattamento
I Suoi DATI sono sottoposti a trattamento sia cartaceo che elettronico e/o automatizzato.
I Suoi dati sono conservati per 36 mesi. - Processo decisionale automatizzato
L’interessato non è sottoposto a decisioni basate su trattamenti automatizzati di cui all’art. 22 Regolamento UE 2016/679. - Accesso ai dati
I Suoi dati potranno essere resi accessibili per le finalità della presente informativa ai collaboratori del Titolare, nella loro qualità di soggetti autorizzati trattamento. - Comunicazione dei dati
Il Titolare potrà comunicare i Suoi dati per le finalità della presente informativa a:
• Pubblica Amministrazione, Autorità giudiziarie, Commissione Federale nonché a quei soggetti ai quali la comunicazione sia obbligatoria per legge per l’espletamento delle finalità dette. Detti soggetti tratteranno i dati nella loro qualità di autonomi Titolari del trattamento.
• A società terze o altri soggetti (a titolo indicativo Partner del Titolare del trattamento, strutture tecniche) che svolgono attività in outsourcing per conto del Titolare, nella loro qualità di responsabili esterni del trattamento, ovvero che agiscono come autonomi Titolari del trattamento (ad esempio relatori/organizzatori/sponsor di eventi al fine di ottimizzare gli eventi stessi e di garantirne il corretto svolgimento).
I Suoi dati non saranno diffusi. - Trasferimento dati
I Suoi dati sono conservati su server ubicati in Svizzera.
Resta in ogni caso inteso che il Titolare, ove si rendesse necessario, avrà facoltà di trasferire i dati anche extra-Svizzera. In tal caso, il Titolare assicura sin d’ora che il trasferimento dei dati extra-Svizzera avverrà in conformità alle disposizioni di legge applicabili (art. 6 LPD). - Natura del conferimento dei dati

PRIVACY POLICY FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

CASINÒ LUGANO SA, with registered office at Via Stauffacher 1, CH-6900 Lugano, in its capacity as Data Controller (hereinafter, “DATA CONTROLLER”), informs you pursuant to the Federal Data Protection Act (DPA) and the EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) that your data will be processed in the following ways and for the following purposes.
Object of Processing
The Data Controller processes your personal data such as: first name, last name, telephone, e-mail and only if provided by you in the message, special data such as allergies, food intolerances.
In this notice, reference is made generically to your DATA to indicate all the personal data you have provided.
Purpose of processing
With your specific consent, the processing of your DATA is necessary to execute a service contract, for the following Purposes:
a. Request for information and/or reservation at the Restaurant “Elementi”;
b. Storage of your data in order to guarantee you an adequate response in case of any subsequent contact for information and/or reservation purposes;
c. Creation, organisation and management of events (conferences, etc.) in order to provide you with information before, during and after the event, to ensure its smooth running and the safety of participants, speakers and guests.
Processing methods
Your DATA is subject to both paper and electronic and/or automated processing.
Your data is stored for 36 months.

Data transfer
Your data is stored on servers located in Switzerland.
However, it is understood that the data controller may also transfer data outside Switzerland if necessary. In this case, the data controller assures you in advance that the transfer of data outside Switzerland will take place in accordance with the applicable legal provisions (Art. 6 DPA).
Nature of data provision
The provision of data for the purposes set out in this notice is mandatory. In their absence, we will not be able to guarantee the services requested.
Rights of the data subject
Depending on the law applicable to you, you may, in your capacity as a data subject, exercise your rights under the Federal Data Protection Act and the EU Regulation 2016/679.
